Leases managed by Barwon Coast include but are not limited to:

  • At The Head Restaurant
  • The Dunes Surf Beach Complex
  • The Ocean Grove Surf Lifesaving Club
  • The Lobster Pot Education Centre

Throughout the year, Barwon Coast release tenders and Expressions of Interest for numerous services including:

  • Architectural design
  • Building and construction
  • Civil works
  • Supply of various services, e.g. security, waste management & cleaning
