Area of Jurisdiction
Barwon Coast is delegated to manage 19km of the coast along Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula. This includes the beaches and foreshores of Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, 13th Beach, and Breamlea.
We operate the Barwon Heads Caravan Park, Riverview Family Caravan Park (Ocean Grove), Riverside Camp Ground (Ocean Grove), and Breamlea Caravan Park, as well as managing various commercial leases and licenses.

Precincts
Barwon Coast uses precincts to divide the Crown land reserves we manage into seven areas. These include six distinct landscape precincts and accommodation services as the principal commercial activity.
- Precinct 1 – Ocean Grove Dunes 7W to 13W
- Precinct 2 – Ocean Grove Main Beach 13W to 16W
- Precinct 3 – Ocean Grove Spit 16W to 20W
- Precinct 4 – Barwon River Estuary 22W to 27W
- Precinct 5 – The Barwon Bluff 27W to 30W
