Barwon Coast is seeking a dedicated Amenities Officer to play a crucial role in ensuring that our amenities are presented at the highest standards. This position is vital for ensuring our Caravan parks, Campgrounds, and coastal reserve are cleaned and maintained daily. The Amenities Officer will be responsible for: Perform facility cleaning functions across our Caravan Parks, Camping grounds and coastal reserves, including: Amenity Blocks, including cyclic cleaning programs. Camp Kitchens and surrounds. BBQ and picnic areas. Graffiti removal Ensure caravan park guests adhere to policies, rules, and regulations Operate heavy plant and equipment safely and lawfully Adhoc minor maintenance as required. Maintain vehicles and equipment in safe working order Properly use and store chemicals, materials, and equipment Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns Assist with seasonal activities and staff training as needed Ensuring Barwon Coast policies and procedures are adhered to. Be available for On-Call duties, including attending the caravan parks and the coastal reserves facilities outside of normal business hours.
